Re: catch 2000 catch non for me!??
I know this is an old topic, but I wanted to post my experience with the catch2000. When I started using them I didn't have a lot of confidence in them, I'd catch an occasional trout but nothing that really convinced me they were a go to bait.
I'm also addicted to top waters, and that's what led me to being somewhat successful with the catch2000, when I have a more blow ups on a top water than connections, I'll immediately switch to a catch2000 and basically work it the same way I work a topwater, a simple twitch twitch pause will work, for some reason they'll bite the suspending bait when they are slapping the topwater.
It especially works well in the surf.
