Flounder pounder… Great name by the way!
We typically do not target those of the flat persuasion; however, I would say any deep water drops, such as the edges of the ICW (inter coastal waterway) or the east cut. Throw shrimp, or gulp and fish the bottom. Obviously, you are not going to find man flounder up in the water column. However, we have occassionaly, with the stars and planets perfectly aligned, all gods on our side, and the barometer and lunar cycle working in perfect conjuction, maybe twice, we have caught them on top waters.
