We have been mostly fishing north, can't help much with information from the Arroya south. Once we get into late March and on I stay mostly north due to the amount of traffic coming out of the Arroya on weekends. I will time to time head south during the week, when doing so south end Horsr head and Cullen back bay has held some good trout. Also don't overlook the drum boats south and east of Dunkins.
