Unless on shell, or oysters, I may be the wrong person to ask becuase I frequently wade barefooted. There are numerous stingrays in the bay; however, the water is so clear where we fish, and this time of year we are typically really shallow, if you step on a stingray it is typically when one is not paying attention.
