We have had a number of bulls in the bay early this year.  We have had a few 40+ and a lot of oversized…good job

But I have to ask the question–Ceviche made from red fish?  Are you cooking it or just letting the lime juice cook do the work?

Eaten a lot of Smac's and Snapper as ceviche but never reds!
