Lesh, Jim has one of the soft sides like Bruce is talking about,,you can get them in all sizes and by useing plastic boxes, if you get them the right size you can just slip them in your parka or waders for wading without tranferring. You will need to make sure the sections or variable size diviiders which they most are these days…some of the lures are bigger than others and the top dogs and some of the larger mirror lures are bigger than some of the sections. Most of the soft sides are waterproof also which help keep things dry etc.
