Would be a dream come true for me to get one in the bay.
I haven't jumped a tarpon since 2002 and that was about a mile off the jetties. Took a Mirrorlure under a small log and made my Penn spinner smell like a bad set of brakes on a west Texas highway. Spit the hook in route to Florida.
A friend hooked one on my boat in 2004. Put on one heck of an acrobatic show before tearing up his gear. Only pic. I got was the last splash. I'll see if I can remember how to post pics.
