Speaking of lowering salinities…I am working on a few articles about the TPW hatcheries division and went along to help out while stocking baby trout right after the rain. West Bay measured in at a not-so-hypersaline reading of 15–that is 15 parts salt to water in a bay that historically measures 35 to 42.
I thought I felt a little cleaner the last few days since wading.
