Throw the smallest jig you can. 3/32 oz. white TINY twist tail. Fish it about 2 to 3 feet below the surface. The better fish will be on the outside edge of the light. If the trout are real active and popping bait on the surface you can throw a SMALL silver or white top water. Another good bait is spec rigs, you can ask most fishing stores and they stock them.
