Re: FISHING LINES I use silver thread 14# and it handles very smooth,and cast well, and is tougher than nails on a pfluger medalist combo. My dad uses a 12# berkley XL casting and it woks well also. On a charter with Captin Bruce we used 20# braid. Hope this helps!...
