Snowbird heading south

Great looking site, Bruce.
We have a 5th wheel trailer and a 14' cartop boat.. Will be down your way from Jan to April and would like some recomandations as to where to stay. Also, what do you consider as “cold” weather during that time period and what ocean water temp should be expected.
Any information you or other members can offer will be a great help.
