Re: FISHING LINES I use silver thread 14# and it handles very smooth,and cast well, and is tougher than nails on a pfluger medalist combo. My dad uses a 12# berkley XL casting and it woks well also. On a charter with Captin Bruce we used 20# braid. Hope this helps!...

Re: Shallow water Redfish recently took a trip to Port Mansfield and found the reds up in about 2 feet of water... all the Reds we caught were in the 20in to 25in range... all were taken on Red Killers in Red & White... Good Luck and they are mixed in where the mullet...
